About Rob
As the founder of Tekton Advisory Group, Rob applies these disciplines to help senior leaders move from complexity to clarity, align organizations around executable strategy, and build scalable innovation ecosystems.
Prior to that, and over a 19-year tenure with Pioneers, Rob held multiple executive roles including Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, SVP of Advancement & Communications, and Founder of the Seeds Global Innovation Lab. He led enterprise-wide strategy and innovation efforts, built and scaled leadership systems, and raised over $25M in funding. Across his career, he has coached 200+ senior leaders through organizational transition, alignment, and growth, consistently driving clarity, execution, and measurable impact.
Earlier in his career, Rob served as an Associate Pastor and worked in higher education with the University of Phoenix. He began his professional journey in the U.S. Navy as a 17-year old airman assigned to an attack squadron aboard the USS Nimitz in the Sixth Fleet.
